The total cost for vehicle registration in Victoria includes a registration fee and a Transport Accident Charge (TAC). DVA Card holders are eligible for a discount on both the registration fee and TAC (those embossed Dependent are not eligible).

Discount Amount: 50% Registration and TAC Fee and option of 6 or 12 month registration

What concessions are you entitled to?

Concessions and discounts can vary according to State or business location. Some entitlements or concessions are linked to your DVA card type and also embossing ie DVA Gold Card and DVA Gold Card TPI embossed. Often the government concessions are linked to your residential state, especially transport concessions.
