Victorian Energy Upgrades provides Victorian households with access to discounted energy-efficient products through accredited providers.
It can save the typical household around $150 a year and the savings can be considerably more depending on what you get done.
Did you know that the cost of heating and cooling your home or business can be a significant part of your energy costs?
For instance, on average, Victorian households can spend about $800 a year or a third of their energy bill on heating.
The Victorian government is committed to helping households and businesses reduce their bills by offering financial incentives for energy efficiency upgrades. The incentives can be for replacing old appliances or for purchasing new energy-efficient options.
By participating, you can save money on the initial upgrade costs, reduce your energy bill and help the environment.
Victorian Energy Upgrades also offers incentives on draught-proofing which helps reduce energy bills and make buildings more comfortable in hot and cold weather.
This scheme is in place until 2029.
