The War Veteran's Free Travel Pass is issued by the Public Transport Victoria Hub. It is available to applicants who meet all of the following four (4) criteria: re residents of Victoria, and have undertaken war / peacemaking / peacekeeping service overseas, and have had confirmed by their treating doctor that due to this injury/illness related to service the veteran's locomotion is limited significantly, and provide a copy of one of the following DVA Gold or White card, or Evidence of ongoing compensation from DVA or Lump sum compensation from DVA for injury/illness related to this service. Free including upgrade to first class where available.

What concessions are you entitled to?

Concessions and discounts can vary according to State or business location. Some entitlements or concessions are linked to your DVA card type and also embossing ie DVA Gold Card and DVA Gold Card TPI embossed. Often the government concessions are linked to your residential state, especially transport concessions.
